DAY 21 MISSION

Now Go Help Someone Else

The fight you’ve been in has made you exactly who someone else needs right now.

Hook

You started this 21 days ago carrying something alone. Somewhere in the middle, something broke open. The grip got looser. The shame got quieter. The days got longer. You’re not done — this fight will continue. But you are further along than you were. And that means something.

Truth

The men who sustain their freedom longest are almost always the men who eventually turn around and help someone else. Not because they’re experts — because they’ve been in it. Your story — the real one, not the cleaned-up version — is the most powerful thing you have to offer. Someone in your life needs to hear it.

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”

2 Corinthians 1:3–4

Tactical
Reflection

Who do you know — right now — who is fighting this fight alone? What would it mean for them to hear that they’re not the only one?

Prayer

Lord, thank You. Twenty-one days ago I wasn't sure I could do this. I wasn't sure You were still in this with me. I wasn't sure the fight was worth having. Thank You for being more patient with me than I was with myself. Thank You for the days that were hard and the grace that met me anyway. Thank You for the moments I chose well — and for the mercy that covered the moments I didn't. I came into this carrying shame like a secret, and somewhere along the way You started turning it into a story. Not a story of a man who had it together — a story of a man You refused to let go. Now I'm asking for one more thing. Show me who needs to hear it. Give me the courage to stop keeping my story to myself and start using it to pull someone else out of the dark. You comforted me so I could comfort others. I don't take that lightly. Use everything — the falls, the breakthroughs, the long nights, the small victories — use all of it. I am not done. I am not alone. And I am not the same man I was. Thank You, Lord. Amen.

The Challenge

Reach out to one person this week. Not to fix them — just to say: “I’ve been there. You’re not alone. Let’s talk.” That’s it. That’s the mission.
